Step 1: Trace out your desired shape for you Peter Pan collar then cut out.
Step 2: (Optional) Glue on or sew on your beads, etc.
Step 3: To make a Peter Pan collar that you can tie on, sew or glue on a string or ribbon. (I suggest a ribbon!)
